Refund Policy

At Shadow Kicks, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering from us.
If something is wrong with your order, we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution — this may include a replacement, exchange, discount, or refund, depending on the situation and the conditions below.

Just choose whether you want a return, exchange, or refund, and our team will get back to you within 1–3 business days.

We are not a “wear-and-return” store like large marketplaces, so we can’t accept returns for every possible reason (for example, simply changing your mind). However, if there is a real issue with your order, we are on your side and will work with you to resolve it.


1. When a Return, Exchange, or Refund May Be Approved

We usually consider return, exchange, or refund requests within 7 days of delivery in cases such as:

  • Clear defects in product quality

  • Significant sizing issues
    (for example, the product does not match the size chart or is clearly mislabeled)

  • Wrong item, size, or color received compared to your order confirmation

To better understand the issue and assist you faster, we may ask for photos or videos showing the problem.

Examples that normally do not qualify:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the item

  • You no longer like the style

  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere

Each request is reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to approve or decline it after reviewing all details.

2. Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the item must:

  • Be in original, unused condition (no signs of wear, damage, or washing)

  • Include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories

Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any address that was not provided by our support team.


3. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is on our side, for example:

  • Wrong item, size, or color shipped

  • Clear manufacturing defect

  • Confirmed quality issue

➡️ We will cover the return shipping costs and provide instructions or a return label where applicable.

If a return is approved as an exception (for example, the item is fine but you no longer want it, and we agree to accept it back):

➡️ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not been delivered and you have not received a refund:

  • Shipping labels are generated strictly based on the information entered at checkout

  • If the shipping address or contact details are incorrect, we may not be able to recover or refund the order

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order

If you believe the delivery issue was caused by our mistake

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after:

  1. We receive the returned item, and

  2. The item is inspected and approved according to the conditions above.

Once approved:

  • The refund is sent to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

If you do not see your refund after this period:

  1. Check with your bank or card issuer

  2. If there is still no update, contact us at shadowkicks1@gmail.com

⚠️ Refunds cannot be issued before the returned item is received and approved.
Opening a chargeback or dispute does not speed up the process and may delay resolution, as payment providers temporarily freeze transactions during investigations.


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and product availability.

You may choose between:

1) Standard Exchange

  • You send back the original item

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the issue was clearly our mistake

  • After inspection and approval, we ship the replacement item

2) Discount Option (Keep the Original Item)
If the item is wearable but not ideal for you (for example, you prefer a different fit):

  • You keep the original item

  • We may offer a 50% discount code for a new order
